- Expert with CSS, XHTML, HTML and JavaScript/AJAX
- Experience building content management systems such as Drupal
- Experience in developing dynamic websites
- Experience developing overall site architecture
- Experience developing strategic web plans and web development roadmaps.
- Experience with Web analytics, SEO, and SEM

| Key Competencies Required: |
- 3-5 years’ web development experience
- BS/BA degree
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, takes initiative, identifies and completes tasks; goal driven
- Strong eye for web design and content architecture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
