| General Responsibilities: |
| The selected candidate will be responsible for developing all company business plans and forecasting. In addition, the candidate will oversee the corporate finance team and all related finance functions. |
| Major Duties & Functions: |
- Develop company business plan and forecasts
- Create in-depth business analysis capabilities including metrics and measurements
- Manage Finance functions including accounts payable, accounts receivables cash managemen

| Qualifications You Must Have: |
- Must have 7+ years of Finance and Planning experience at a Director level or above
- Must be detail oriented and possess strong analytic skills
- Must have experience managing small to mid-size teams and working cross-organizationally with operational teams
- International finance experience
- Experience in Service Provider business
- Must have early and mid-stage start-up experience as well as mid-size to large public company experience

- A bachelor's degree and MBA in Finance
- A high aptitude to learn and maintain a positive attitude while working under stress
- Experience in establishing international entities
- Strong communication skills
