| The selected candidate will fit in an account development role by calling into companies and promoting Zscaler. This is an ideal position for a creative individual to work in a corporate marketing team and create a pipeline for the sales team. The candidate must be reliable with a strong drive to professionally market Zscaler and the ability to multitask. |
| Essential Duties and Responsibilities: |
- To call IT decision makers at companies in the US
- Deliver sales scripts to persuade prospects for event promotion, product promotion, provisioning of evaluations, appointment scheduling and contact discovery
- To be able to handle essential activities in account development and passing on leads to the Sales team
- To be able to work with territory managers of Zscaler and assist them in sales related activities
- Obtain company’s information relevant for the sales team and maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
- Database maintenance of customer and prospects
- Follow up on initial contacts and callbacks professionally
- Re-generate interest levels on old leads

| Key Competencies Required: |
- Must be a college graduate preferably an Engineer.
- Proficient in MS-Office and other relevant computer applications
- Adequate typing speed > 25 wpm
- Knowledge about an international outbound calling environment (B2B calling)
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

- Self motivated, high energy, and ability to work under pressure
- Adaptability, persuasiveness and sound knowledge of American voice and accent
