Customer Service Representative - Sunnyvale, Atlanta, Chandigarh
Description:
You will be the primary contact for customers and prospective customers who wish to ask non-technical questions about Zscaler’s web security program. Working with a small team of customer service representatives, you will be the public face for Zscaler and as such, must convey an urgent sense of caring for each customer’s needs. The customer service team is a collegial group in which supporting each other is second only to supporting the customer.
Requirements:
Education: 2 years of college; graduate desired.
Experience: 1 year of call center or customer service employment; familiarity with Customer Relations Management (CRM) applications.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and phone skills, type 35 words per minute.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work in an Automated Call Distribution network answering incoming customer phone calls about product functionality, sales, service, licensing, etc.
  • Document all customer contacts in CRM system.
  • Ensure that customer records (contact information and reported issues) are always up-to-date.
  • Create written summaries of customer “hot topics” for colleagues and management.
  • Respond to email from customers as professionally as if they were voice conversations.
  • Seek assistance immediately from colleagues and management when you do not have the ability to fully address a customer’s question or issue.
