Required Information for New Vendors

We are pleased to welcome you as a new vendor for Zscaler. To set-up your Company in our system and process payments, we require the following forms to be completed:

Submit completed forms to [email protected]. Please allow 5 business days for your company to be set-up in our system. Incomplete or inaccurate forms will result in payment delays.

Following this set-up you will receive registration instructions for the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP), a free tool for suppliers to do business with Zscaler. CSP allows our vendors to view purchase orders, send invoices and advance ship notices (ASNs) and check the status of payments. For information about registering for CSP, view our page New to Coupa?
