Salim Ismail


Salim Ismail is the Founder and Chair of ExO Works, a team of innovation experts who create customized solutions for corporations and organizations seeking to remain relevant in today’s rapidly changing business environment. Salim co-founded ExO Works in 2016 to help transform global business by catapulting organizations into the world of exponential thinking. ExO Works delivers a 10-week program called the ExO Sprint that leapfrogs an organization's mindset forward by two years. He is also the best-selling author of Exponential Organizations, a sought-after technology strategist, and a renowned entrepreneur with ties to Yahoo!, Google, and Singularity University.

Alex Simons

Corporate VP of Program Management

Alex joined the Identity Division in January of 2012 and is responsible for driving Microsoft’s business and consumer identity strategy and product plans. Alex speared headed Microsoft’s rapid shift to building cloud based identity and security services including creating the vision and direction for Azure AD Premium. He is also a vocal champion inside and outside Microsoft for supporting open standards and 3rd party platforms.

Michael Parks

CTO Network Services

As CTO for Network Services, Michael plays a critical role in defining our technology transformation strategy by leading the integrated Infrastructure Architecture function, Network Security posture enhancements, and the Network Services transformation of AIG’s Data Centers, Branch Sites, and Contact Centers globally. The team maintains a strong focus on enhancing business end-user experience through usability enhancements, and service adoption. The Network Services portfolio includes core voice infrastructure, video conferencing, unified communications, data networks, network security, and call center.

Ben Sapiro

Global CISO

Ben Sapiro is the head of Cyber Security for Great West LifeCo’s group of companies which include Canada Life, Irish Life, Putnam and Empower. Prior to joining GWL Ben has led security in multiple sectors including Cloud based services, Natural Resources and professional services.

Phil Armstrong


Philip joined Great-West Lifeco in January of 2016 and is currently responsible for technology governance and strategy across Great-West Lifeco, with a focus on technology innovation, digital transformation, cyber security, hybrid-cloud enablement, risk management, employee productivity, big data analytics, A.I. and robotic process automation. Reporting to the CEO, Philip is a member of the Lifeco Executive Management Committee and Executive Risk Committee.

Andrew Stanley


Andrew Stanley is a seasoned technology executive who has spent 20 years across multiple industries building strong teams, driving transformation programs, and delivering novel solutions to difficult technology problems. He is continuously recognized by his teams as a strong, engaged leader who empowers his teams to decide and succeed.

Since 2017, Andrew Stanley has served as the Chief Information Security Officer for Mars, Incorporated, a global consumer goods, petcare, and veterinary health company headquartered in Washington, DC. Mr. Stanley has a deep background in cybersecurity, which started in his pre-university years designing one-way hashing algorithms.

Jay Chaudhry

CEO, Chairman and Founder

Jay leverages more than 25 years of security industry expertise, including engineering, sales, marketing and management experience with leading organizations, such as IBM, NCR and Unisys. Prior to founding Zscaler in 2008, he founded and led AirDefense, a wireless security pioneer, before its acquisition by Motorola. From 2000 to 2006, Jay founded and led CipherTrust, the industry’s first email security gateway, before its merger with Secure Computing. He also founded and led CoreHarbor, a managed ecommerce solution, before it was acquired by USi/AT&T. In 1996, Jay founded and led his first company, SecureIT, the first pure-play Internet security service, before it was acquired by VeriSign in 1998.
