Syam Nair had dreams of a military career but an unexpected development changed the course of his life. After establishing a career at Microsoft, he would again make a major career change, joining cloud-centric Salesforce and ultimately becoming the CTO of Zscaler. Syam’s journey has taught him the value of keeping an open mind, revisiting his preconceptions, and listening to opposing voices. These skills, which helped him overcome professional obstacles, are invaluable for his current role as the CTO for the largest inline cloud security provider on earth.
