Transformation Journey
As Group CISO, Fotis is responsible for developing and delivering enterprise cybersecurity transformation programs that protect and sustain mission critical IT and Operational Technology assets and ensure resiliency of business operations during disruptive events. Fotis is also responsible for the data privacy program aiming to build customer, consumer, and employee trust and ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection and privacy legislation and regulations.
Lessons Learned
Accelerated digitalisation and new ways of working forced us to rethink cybersecurity strategy and investment priorities. The adoption of agile and smart security and risk management is a key success factor in our transformation journey.
