LESSONS LEARNED

Agility, speed, and expecting the unexpected: If 2020 taught us anything, it’s that we can't wait for the dust to settle before we transform. The acceleration of remote working, rapid digitization, and the race to the cloud showed that organizations today must prioritize speed and flexibility in accommodating new levels of unpredictability. Digital transformation can’t wait! People come first: At ManpowerGroup, we recognize that our best line of defense is not a preventative tech, tool, or platform—it's people. That’s why we focus on continuously developing the cyber skills of our employees through bite-size digital learning, anti-phishing exercises, and annual training. We are nurturing a risk-aware culture from the bottom up— building the resilience of our people and our organization.
