Lessons Learned
In the world of transformation, change management is a huge challenge. We must have the ability to explain change and define what it means in our organizations. We should help our teams recognize that they have to change as well, because if they don’t, they will have difficulties in being part of the process. One of the lessons that I have learned is to make sure that we put change management at the forefront. We also have to ensure that transformation is happening not just for transformation’s sake, but rather we are implementing transformation for the business to grow at scale.
