This course empowers ZDX Administrators to monitor, configure, and troubleshoot performance using Zscaler Digital Experience. Analyze ZDX Scores and Cloud Path latency. Utilize AI-driven Root Cause Analysis and Deep Tracing. Configure probes, Real User Monitoring, and remediation scripts. Implement governance via Role-Based Access Control, proactive alerts, and global ServiceNow integrations.

Analyze ZDX scoring logic to accurately determine incident scope and guide efficient triaging
Isolate root causes across devices, ISPs, and network paths using multi-tier diagnostic telemetry

EDU-310 Learning Journey Map
The recommended path for the ZDX Operationalization learning journey is to complete the e-learning course, and then take the hands-on labs. Once these are completed, you can sign up for the certificate test. You will have 90 minutes to answer its 60 questions. Upon passing the test, you’ll earn the ZDX Digital Experience Administrator certificate.
If you are new to the space, start with Foundation Courses.
Otherwise, start with EDU-200 within the Platform learning paths.
Once you complete the baseline learning path (EDU-200), you can progress in the Platform courses or take on the specialization courses.
