From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Brown served as head of strategy, architecture, and optimization at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, the corporate and investment banking division of Bank of America. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Brown served as chief technology officer of infrastructure at Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC. Mr. Brown currently sits on the board of directors of Guidewire Software, Inc., a provider of software products for property and casualty insurers, where he serves as a member of the compensation committee. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in chemical physics from University College London.
