Ryan Winn is leading a bold transformation at Florida-based AdventHealth, one of the largest healthcare systems in the United States, with 100,000 employees serving more than 8 million patients annually across 2,000 care sites.

By adopting Zscaler’s Zero Trust architecture, AdventHealth established a security foundation that ensures the right people have secure, seamless access to the data and applications they need—anytime, anywhere—without the need for legacy VPNs or perimeter-based defenses.

Ryan shared how healthcare delivery models are evolving rapidly, with more services moving outside of hospital walls. Zscaler technologies like Branch Connector, combined with a range of connectivity methods including Starlink, cellular, and fiber, have enabled AdventHealth to launch Zero Trust clinics at speed. What used to take up to three months to get a clinic online can now happen in just hours.

At T-Mobile, Jeff Simon and his team are proving how Zscaler helps organizations simplify complexity and drive innovation at scale. With more than 130 million customer connections, availability and performance are paramount, and security is an enabler, not a roadblock.

Jeff explained how Zscaler helped T-Mobile simplify a patchwork of networks created by multiple acquisitions—including different data centers, firewall vendors, and VPN configurations. By moving to a Zscaler Zero Trust architecture, T-Mobile was able to transform 15,000 retail locations into modern, secure, and efficient digital hubs. Employees now use iPads over the 5G network, without the friction of traditional infrastructure.

The results are clear: better user experience, increased agility, and reduced operational overhead. With Zscaler’s platform, T-Mobile turned complexity into clarity and aligned its security posture with its innovation strategy.
