Proud to be Named a 2026 Military Friendly Gold Employer + Military Friendly Spouse Employer
We are proud to announce that Zscaler has been recognized as a 2026 Military Friendly Gold Employer and a Military Friendly Spouse Employer in the U.S. by GI Jobs Magazine! This honor reflects our deep commitment to supporting veterans, active-duty service members, military spouses, and their families as they transition to and thrive in civilian careers.
Zscaler’s journey began in 2024 with the launch of our official U.S. Department of Defense SkillBridge Program, which has established a strong pipeline of highly trained candidates. Through SkillBridge, we’ve been able to help Veterans write their next chapter while enabling our Talent Acquisition teams to identify and onboard some of the top military talent in the industry.
Over the past year, we’ve taken significant steps to expand our support for the military community. With the launch of the Military Spouse Program and our recent designation as a Military Spouse Employer Partner (MSEP), we’re working to assist military spouses—one of the most educated and talented groups in the workforce—in their job searches.
Additionally, our new U.S. Military Leave Policy provides new opportunities and support for both current and future military employees within the organization.
This recognition as a top Military Friendly Employer is a testament to our support of our colleagues who serve in the U.S. uniformed services and their families. We’re excited to continue fostering an environment where they can build meaningful and impactful careers.
