Sean Connelly

Sean Connelly is Sr. Director, Governance, Risk & Compliance at Zscaler. Former TIC Program Manager at CISA/DHS, he led the TIC PMO and supported the OMB TIC initiative. He contributed to EINSTEIN 3A and CDM, authored the 2017 IT Modernization Report to the President, and co-authored NIST Zero Trust work (2019).
He brings 20+ years in IT/cyber, including 15+ in federal service, holds an MS in IT Management from GWU, and is a dual CCIE (Routing, Security), focused on practical, policy-aligned security outcomes across government enterprises now.
