Joshua Fay is a Principal Consultant with Zscaler Professional Services Federal Consulting. He has 25+ years supporting DoD and Federal customers across complex missions, and joined Zscaler in 2020. He has deployed Zscaler solutions across cabinet-level departments, federal agencies, law enforcement, defense, SLED, healthcare, industrial, transportation, and SaaS. His work spans architecture, implementation, migrations, change management, and operational handoff, delivering results from small POCs to enterprise rollouts exceeding 100k clients.
