Dave Baldwin

Dave Baldwin serves as CTO at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC). The DLUHC—aided by a collaborative network of affiliated agencies and organizations—invests in local areas across the UK to drive growth, create jobs, establish better infrastructure, and deliver homes. In his role, Dave is responsible for ensuring the cybersecurity of all cloud infrastructure, networks, devices, and users. Based in London, Dave has spent nearly 30 years serving in a variety of technology-related roles within the UK government.
