Since the internet has become the primary transport network for most organizations, the world is moving to zero trust security. That’s a good thing. All traffic should be inspected coming into and leaving your network, and all users should be authenticated before any access is granted. But to make that model work, you have to trust the cloud that is processing every transaction and enforcing every policy.
Over the course of 10 years as we’ve expanded the Zscaler cloud, the Zscaler Trust portal has offered a window into our cloud’s health, showing anyone who visits the availability of any data center or service. The Trust portal has become a destination for viewing the latest security advisories, looking back into past incidents, and registering to receive email updates on any new events.
As we’ve added more data and more features into Trust, we wanted to make the site easier to navigate. We also wanted to provide more granularity, so users could subscribe only for notifications on events they care about, and we wanted to provide our customers’ SoC or NoC teams with Trust notifications.
Our newly enhanced Trust 3.0 portal provides these enhancements, and more. It enables you to quickly get insight into the health of the platform, operational status, upcoming maintenance windows, incidents, and security advisories, along with historical data. It also has simplified posting to ensure rapid response to network events.
