Zscaler Announces Election of David Schneider to its Board of Directors

San Jose, California, January 16, 2020

Zscaler, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZS), the leader in cloud security, today announced that Zscaler stockholders elected David Schneider to its Board of Directors at the annual stockholder meeting held January 10, 2020. Schneider is President, Global Customer Operations at ServiceNow. Mr. Schneider’s term will expire at the 2022 annual stockholder meeting.

“David is an inspirational technology leader with deep experience scaling and growing disruptive SaaS companies. ServiceNow is one of the greatest cloud businesses in history, and he has been leading its growth since before their IPO. He is a tremendous addition to our Board of Directors,” said Jay Chaudhry, Chairman and CEO of Zscaler. “I also want to thank Nehal Raj, who is leaving the board after more than four years of service to Zscaler, for his leadership and contributions over the past few years.”

Schneider is a proven technology leader with more than 25 years of experience. He has served in several senior leadership positions at ServiceNow since 2011, including as Chief Revenue Officer prior to his promotion to President, Global Customer Operations. He previously held senior leadership positions at several organizations including EMC and Data Domain.
