We offer comprehensive maternity coverage under our medical insurance plan, which includes higher limits for multiple births, coverage for infertility treatment, and well-baby expenses.

Eligible employees can apply for reimbursement up to US$1,500 per calendar year for eligible educational expenses, including college credit courses, continuing education courses, and certifications.

Childcare Reimbursement Benefit: Parents of young children can receive reimbursement for 50% of monthly daycare fees, up to a maximum of INR 10,000 per child (all female employees and single parents are eligible). Children must be between 6 months and 6 years old.
