Zscaler Publishes Internet Explorer HTTPS Everywhere Tool

Zscaler, enabling business beyond the corporate network, today announced an early release of its Internet Explorer HTTPS Everywhere plug-in Tool.

While some sites, such as Facebook, are now, by default, directing all users to HTTPS traffic, thereby reducing the likelihood of compromise, many sites current still do not provide this approach. This new, free tool will allow users of Internet Explorer more confidence in ensuring that login and post-login traffic is protected from internet traffic sniffing tools. HTTPS Everywhere redirects user browsers to the HTTPS URL for a given website, based on a pre-determined set of rules.
