Liat Shentser

Liat Shentser is the Vice President Solutions Consulting EMEA

In this role she helps shape the strategy as well as drive the execution for our EMEA business, supporting Zscaler’s growth aspirations. 

Liat is a people leader as well as a transformative change agent. She is passionate about the power of teaming, driving diversity and inclusion and ensuring that Sales Engineering is enabled to secure customer outcomes and deliver business value.

Prior to ZS, Liat was the Field Enterprise Sales Engineering Leader for EMEA and International at Juniper Networks where she transformed the team from an SP engagement heritage to an Enterprise bespoke motion. Creating an Enterprise led culture, capabilities and deliverables resulted in Enterprise Revenues surpassing SP and Cloud for the first time in Q2/22.

Prior to Juniper Liat led the Cisco Commercial Sales Engineering Worldwide. She redesigned the roles and function of the Commercial SE team from Technical Selling to Value Selling. At the end of her tenure the team had the highest cross and upselling rates within Cisco.    

Liat is a committed advocate of giving back. Specifically combining public and private sectors to support disadvantaged communities through local NGOs. She has led multiple panels including the International Women’s Day at the United Nations, UNIDO lead panelist at the European Commission. She is a board member of the Bleeker Foundation fighting teen pregnancy in Africa. Liat was the Cisco ambassador for Habitat for Humanity during which time she led teams to rebuild homes in Nepal and Cambodia.

Liat extends her competitive nature to her hobbies, she is an avid climber and general fitness fanatic. Liat has made the Netherlands her home together with her British Partner David, and their daughters Olivia (12) and Mia (10).
