CRN Recognizes Zscaler CEO as one of Top 2012 Channel Executives

San Jose, California, December, 20, 2012

(BUSINESS WIRE), Zscaler, enabling business beyond the corporate network, announced today that Jay Chaudhry, chief executive officer and founder, was named one of CRN's Top 100 Executives in the IT Channel for 2012. He was also named in the top 10 of the Top 25 Disrupters of 2012. These annual lists salute the most influential and innovative channel executives in North America.

Winners are chosen based on nominations from solution providers that rank executives in areas such as channel influence, effectiveness and visibility, along with business and sales impact. Among the key criteria were channel sales volume, channel investment and resources, channel advocacy and visibility, and performance in UBM Channel research projects (including the Annual Report Card and Channel Champions). A panel of UBM Channel editors made the final selections.

Commenting on the recognition, Mr. Chaudhry said, "This recognition underscores Zscaler's commitment, as well as my own personal dedication, to the channel. As security is transformed, we are, together with our partners, bringing organizations successfully into the future and enabling them to reap those benefits."

Kelley Damore, vice president and editorial director, UBM Channel, said: "We're recognizing this year's Top 100 Executives for their commitment to the channel, and for 2012, our goal was to once again shine a spotlight on the most influential executives in the industry today. We also wanted to pay homage to the channel advocates, sales and services leaders, innovators and disrupters. We salute all these leaders for their devotion to the technology channel and their willingness to adopt new strategies and policies in order to drive greater sales for partners, while positioning their own company for future growth."

Zscaler has rapidly grown to 12 million users across 180 countries. By addressing the top emerging trends in security, mobility and cloud-based services, Zscaler provides channel partners with lucrative opportunity in addition to outstanding support to ensure their success.
