Zscaler Recognized as a Military Spouse Employment Partner
Since its inception in 2011, the U.S. Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) program has grown to include more than 950 employers and nonprofit organizations. In that time, MSEP partners have reported hiring more than 360,000 military spouses.
There are over 270k military spouses in the U.S. workforce with a diverse skill set that often are underemployed due to their family military circumstances. According to Military One Source, 84% of military spouses have some college education while 25% have a bachelor’s degree. Military spouses are one of the most educated workforce populations that are overlooked compared to civilian counterparts due to stigma around frequent relocation.
We believe the military spouse community is a strong source of talent that will help Zscaler continue to grow. Our commitment to hiring and developing military spouses has been recognized through our selection as one of the 160 new partners in the 2025 cohort of MSEP. We are proud to earn this distinction and invite you to explore opportunities to grow with us here.
