Matt Spohn

Matt Spohn is Red Canary's General Counsel. Previously he was General Counsel with an SaaS-based banking software company operating in the US, UK, and Australia. Matt also has over 15 years' experience in private practice, most recently at a global law firm handling tech contracts, data privacy, and cybersecurity matters. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional through the IAPP.
