Enhanced Custom Applications Visibility in Shadow IT Report
Supported Clouds: Commercial Clouds , FedRAMP High , FedRAMP Moderate
With this feature, you can now add and track custom applications using the Cloud Applications page (Administration > Cloud Applications) to analyze and assess the specific activity and behavior of your custom applications.
The Shadow IT Report displays transaction information, including upload bytes, download bytes, users, and location details, specifically for these custom applications. This allows you to gain insights into their usage and impact within your environment.
To easily filter and focus on custom applications within the Shadow IT Report, you can select the Custom Applications option under the Application Category filter.
