You can now assign Critical Priority to incident groups on the Priorities page, ensuring prompt attention and swift resolution for high-priority incidents.
Easily assign critical priority to individual incidents using the Assign Priority action on the Incidents and Incident Detail pages. Stay informed about critical incidents by including the critical incident priority in digest notifications on the Admins page.
