Streamlined template mapping in Workflow Automation

Template Mapping page has been optimized to provide a more intuitive, efficient user experience. A new Default source action is now available when configuring incident template mappings, offering default template mappings for various incident source DLP types (e.g., Inline, SaaS Security API, Endpoint) and notification types. These Default template mappings are seamlessly integrated with the default notification and survey templates provided by Workflow Automation. Users can now select from a range of additional source actions to configure custom incident template mappings for different incident source DLP types.
