When adding an incident group mapping or workflow mapping, you will now find that certain properties display predefined values specific to your organization. For example, properties such as severity and matchingPolicies.rules[*].name will provide selectable values tailored to your setup.

In cases where predefined values are not available for a property, you can manually enter the appropriate value.
