Raj Judge

Raj Judge is a member of Zscaler’s Board of Directors and Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Ventures.  He leads the company’s corporate strategy, business development initiatives, and venture investments to drive innovation and long-term growth.

An accomplished executive and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience, Raj has advised many of the world's largest and fastest growing technology companies. As a senior partner and co-chair of Emerging Companies and Venture Capital at Wilson Sonsini, Raj advised on large venture financings, IPOs (including leading security, SaaS, and networking companies), acquisitions, and board matters for companies valued at more than $100 billion. He has been involved in more than 500 transactions.

While at Wilson Sonsini, Raj founded Neuron, an AI-driven platform built to provide tech-enabled legal services to the firm's corporate clients. He is credited with Neuron's product strategy, securing its funding, and driving its growth across many customers. A well-regarded expert on Indian cross-border technology companies, Raj established and led Wilson Sonsini's India practice and has advised many leading India- and US-based companies on strategic growth initiatives, including the landmark IPOs of Infosys and Wipro. He has also advised the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on liberalization policies and the Clinton administration on Indian information technology.

Raj has been cited as an outstanding practitioner and strategist by authorities such as Chambers USA and Lawdragon. He has also been honored by technology industry organizations and has given guest lectures at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, the Sloan School of Management at MIT and UCLA. Raj holds a Juris Doctor and has a BA in Economics from UCLA.
