Paul Coulter

Paul Coulter is the Group Chief Information Security Officer at Kainos (since 2021), based in Belfast. He oversees information security strategy, spearheading the transition to a cloud-first, zero-trust architecture. Paul is also a Steering Committee member for the Northern Ireland Cyber Security Cluster (NI Cyber). He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in ICT and an Associate Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Ulster University Jordanstown, as well as CISSP, OffSec, and CCSK credentials.
