How much does it cost to join the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP)?

The use of CSP is totally free for Zscaler suppliers

Where do I register for the CSP?

You can request an invitation to join the CSP from our AP team ([email protected]). You will need to be set-up as a vendor in our system first. Refer to the Required Information for New Vendors page for further details

Where do I sign in to the CSP?

Visit and enter your username and password

How do I cancel my CSP account?

To cancel your Coupa account with Zscaler, please contact our AP team ([email protected])

What do I do if I am locked out of the CSP?

Using two-factor authentication protects you against fraud. See Enabling or Disabling Two-Factor Authentication for more info. If you don’t have your six-digit backup validation code, contact our AP team ([email protected]) and they can direct you to our support team.

Why don’t I get the password reset emails?

Check your spam/junk email folder.

Why do I get the "unauthorized or expired account" error?

Your customer has probably deactivated a setting on their end. Contact our AP team ([email protected]) to find out if this was intentional. Ask them to check your supplier record or your supplier user in the system. If they can’t solve the problem, they can contact Coupa support.

How can I log in if I forgot my two-factor authentication code?

Use Google Authenticator or your backup codes. If you don’t have them, contact your customer. See Two-Factor Authentication for more info.

What do I do if I receive the "We’re sorry, but something went wrong" error?

Contact our AP team ([email protected]) and provide them with the relevant information and screen shots summarizing the error message. They will attempt to resolve the issue.
