New Hire Orientation
Orientation sessions are scheduled and hosted in local regions, virtual unless otherwise noted. You will receive a calendar invite with a Zoom link to your Zscaler email address. Some tips for a successful session:
- Set up your laptop and Okta Verify before the session begins
- Have breakfast or a snack
- Test your audio/video
- Upload a background or blur
Regional Session Schedule:
- Americas: Occurs Weekly, typically on Mondays
- EMEA: Occurs Bi-Weekly on a Monday or Tuesday
- APJ/India: Occurs Weekly, typically on Mondays

At Zscaler, we believe connection and relationships drive success. Being together in person builds trust faster, strengthens our culture, and makes it easier to brainstorm, learn, and solve problems together - ultimately resulting in better business outcomes for our customers and for us.
Our hybrid approach is designed to make our in-person connection purposeful. We’ve designated Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays as our planned in-office days (in most offices) to foster a high-energy, collaborative environment where culture thrives.
Your work arrangement, confirmed in your offer, is a key part of this strategy:

Our primary model. You’ll join colleagues in the office on planned days. (For sales roles, this is balanced with the priority of being in the field with customers.)

You were hired outside our hybrid commuting radius and will collaborate from home as a fully integrated part of our team, helping us serve our distributed customers.

Benefits
Please use a visitor spot in the adjacent parking garage. If visitor spots are full, press the security button at the secure parking entrance. Let the attendant know you are a Zscaler new hire and have not received your badge. The attendant will lift the gate remotely.
Important Note: Make sure you have your badge before you leave! You’ll need it to retrieve your car.
Bellevue, Washington
Benefits
Employee parking, including EV charging stations and bike storage, is available in the parking garage. The office is a 4-minute walk from the Bellevue Transit Center, a 10-minute walk from the Bellevue Downtown light rail station, and next to stops for the 240, 246, 271, 532, and 535 buses.
Important Note: Remember to validate your parking to avoid being charged!

If arriving via Underground, Bank Station is the nearest access point. Our office is located on the third floor. Your badge will be issued on your first day in office.

Entry requires two separate badges: one for Zscaler-specific entrances, and another for access to the building and all floors, including parking. If you do not yet have a badge, please use visitor parking. Look for additional instructions via email the Friday before your start date. You should receive your badges, laptop, and system access on your first day.
Singapore

The nearest transit station is Raffles Place MRT station. Building access is managed through the SingLand App, and Zscaler unit access through the Salto KS mobile app. You will not be provided a physical access card for this office.

Your Zscaler business email will be automatically generated
Be sure to add your preferred first and last name to your Workday profile, as this could influence your Zscaler email address. Any changes will need to be submitted to People Services.
We use both MacBook and ThinkPad laptops
Your department may assign your device. In the event you may choose, coordinate with your department for recommendations.
Laptops are usually delivered by regional couriers (e.g., FedEx, DPD) before your start date
It will arrive at the address you enter into Workday. In some India locations, laptops are distributed during orientation to hybrid-based employees.
Our office dress code is business casual
When you’re in the office, dress smart and comfortable. (Some offices feature gyms, but we recommend saving your workout clothes for workout time.)
