As VP of IT at NOV, Patricia Gonzalez-Clark is responsible for essential technologies, including cloud, network, telecom, and endpoint infrastructure. She oversees IT enablement for the company’s 35,000 employees working in 600 locations across 60 countries. During her tenure, she has helped steer NOV through a network infrastructure modernization effort with a "cloud smart" focus that allowed the company to streamline its data center footprint, eliminate point products, and reduce reliance on MPLS networks, resulting in significant cost savings.
Prior to joining NOV, Gonzalez-Clark held a number of network engineering and oversight roles in telecom and healthcare. With extensive experience leading IT transformations in complex, high-stakes environments, she has earned a reputation as a trusted and influential technology strategist. Her expertise is reinforced by industry-recognized certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and GIAC Information Security Professional (GISP).
