About the Course

The ZDX Operationalization course aims to teach you how Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) helps organizations simplify management of end user-reported performance issues. You will learn how to monitor digital experiences from the end user perspective, optimize performance, and rapidly troubleshoot and resolve application, network, and user endpoint device issues.

Zscaler Digital Experience Administrator (ZDXA) is awarded upon successful completion of:

  • ZDX Operationalization (EDU-310) e-learning course (8.5 hours)
  • Self-guided lab (2 hours)
  • Hands-on lab (4 hours)
  • Certification (1.5 hours)
