ESG OVERVIEW > OUR IMPACT
and Protecting Privacy
Our customers are safer because they entrust Zscaler to protect their organization and, by extension, the communities that they serve.
Modern security architecture that enables digital transformation
We are experts in security and a pioneer of the zero trust framework. We operate a highly scalable, multitenant, globally distributed cloud that provides state-of-the-art security for inline inspection of internet and SaaS traffic, securing access to private applications, protecting cloud applications, and managing digital experiences. Our solutions drive innovation in our customers’ IT departments by increasing efficiency, productivity, and resilience.
Meeting rigorous security, availability and privacy standards
The Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange™ cloud is distributed over more than 150 data centers on six continents and processes over 200 billion requests per day from users across 185 countries. We work to ensure our platform and protocols meet the rigorous requirements of our customers around the globe, follow regional laws and regulations, and are certified to numerous government and commercial standards. We constantly evaluate our performance and strengthen the security of our products as the threat landscape evolves. In addition, all our employees must complete information security training and refresher courses to protect our company’s assets.
Designed to address customer data privacy and compliance needs
Keeping our customers’ data secure and private while providing smooth and continuous service is a top priority. Our secure platform architecture was designed with data privacy in mind, which means our customers’ data belongs to them, and we do not store or use customer data that passes through the Zero Trust Exchange. We provide the same level of security to all users regardless of location by moving data security to the cloud and protecting personal, health, and confidential data from loss.
