Streamlined Incident Escalation: Auto-Populated Manager's Name

Enhancing incident escalation capabilities, we're excited to introduce an auto-populated manager's name feature in the Incident Details page. When you escalate an incident to the user's manager for approval, the manager's email assigned to the incident is automatically populated in the Escalate window. This streamlines the escalation process and ensures accuracy. Please note that the manager's email cannot be edited, ensuring consistency and reliability
